Limit Break Radio & Extra Life 2009!

Hey everyone! Are you as excited for Extra Life 2009 as I am?!
I hope you are because we’re setting up some pretty cool stuff for this year’s Extra Life! As some of you no doubt heard on the last episode, we’re planning on expanding on last years festivities! So far, Pet Food Alpha, FFXIClopedia, RadioXI and Vana’diel Profiles have all joined the Extra Life cause and will be helping us bring you the LIVE 24 hour webstream!
Just like last year, members of Team Limit Break Radio and all the other associated teams will be able to hang out with us on Ventrilo and become part of the 24 hour webcast experience. But wait, that’s not all.
For Extra Life 2009 we have moved the festivities this year to Auburn Hills, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, where we’ll be hosting all 24 hours of the webstream from the Timbuktu Cafe internet cafe and LAN arcade at the Great Lakes Crossing Mall! So, on Saturday October 17′th 2009 come on down to the Timbuktu Cafe between 10am and 9pm and pay the Timbuktu Cafe’s normal play rates (between $5 and $6 an hour), hang out with us, and be part of the festivities. If you have a lock-in seat for Extra Life an all day pass to th Timbuktu Cafe will be available for $20 which will cover you from 9am-9pm. Wireless internet is available for those who bring a laptop for a fee of $10 for all day wireless access.
After 9pm (or some time around there) we will begin the lock-in. The pre-sale for lock-in seats has ended, but some seats are still available. If you want to stay for the lock-in send an email to limitbreakradio@gmail.com, remaining seats will be sold at the door on Saturday October 27′th at the Timbuktu Cafe.
We want to encourage anyone who is in the area to come join us. We also wish to encourage anyone who would like to travel to become part of Extra Life 2009 to do so as well. For those that are traveling from out of town here is a listing of hotels near Auburn Hills, MI.
